Okay! It's official!
On Monday (the day my movers were coming, regardless of whether I had a place for them to take all my shit or not), I get a call from my broker telling me that the co-op I'm moving into has assigned me a move in time and date, despite the fact I hadn't officially been approved by the management board yet. On Tuesday, I get the call saying that I have been officially approved, and that the keys will be with the doorman! So today, I'm moving in... the movers tell me they'll be back with my stuff around 3 or 3:30, meaning I can work until then and spend the rest of the day unpacking and settling in. I can't wait... it's really a beautiful thing.
Now I just have to figure out what I need. I'm sure I'm incredibly wanting of cleaning supplies and the like... I actually don't even know how clean the apartment will be when I move in.
Eh, now is not the time to spoil my mood... I have a new place! Housewarming details to come!
